Application fee is $180 – Application Deadline to apply is April 30, 2025

STEP 1: Prepare two contrasting pieces best representing your level. Please put the video on YouTube and send us the link.

STEP 2:  Download, complete and sign the required Medical form below to be uploaded with online application or email it to info@summitmusicfestival.org.  

• Medical Release Form (18 and up) or (under 18)

STEP 3: Complete the 2025 SMF Application here!

STEP 4: Application fee must be received by us in order to consider your application complete.

• Online Application – an invoice will be generated to the email on the application with payment options.
• Any issues with payment, please email at info@summitmusicfestival.org.
